The subject of the order is the service called "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Pyskowice commune"
The scope of works includes in particular:
Organizing the collection of municipal waste selectively collected, biodegradable and mixed municipal waste, their transport and management, originating from real estate residing in the Pyskowice commune. The total estimated value of the contract is PLN 3 958 531.11, i.e. basic order PLN 3 440 012.59 + supplementary order PLN 518 518.52.
The subject of the order is the service called "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Pyskowice commune"
The scope of works includes in particular:
1. Organizing the collection of municipal waste selectively collected, biodegradable and mixed municipal waste, their transport and management, originating from real estate residing in the Pyskowice commune. By the term "inhabited real estate" the Employer understands: real estate in the Pyskowice commune in which the inhabitants reside and real estate referred to in art. 6j paragraph 4 of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes.
2. The transfer of mixed municipal waste and green waste should take place to the Regional Municipal Waste Installation, appropriate for Region II, which includes the Pyskowice commune - in accordance with the waste management plan for the Śląskie Voivodeship for 2016-2022.
3. Performing the object of the contract, which is to be in accordance with the provisions of environmental law and sanitary regulations, including the regulation issued on the basis of art. 9d paragraph 2 of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities.
4. Ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with Art. 3 clause 2 points 7, art. 3b and art. 3c of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018.1454), by the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 14.12.2016 on the levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery of other fractions of municipal waste by other methods , Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15.12.2017 on the levels for reducing the mass of biodegradable municipal waste, only within the scope of the contract concluded as a result of this tender procedure.
6. Performance of the order using vehicles in accordance with the requirements described in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11.1.2013 (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122) regarding detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners.
6.1. The contractor must have: two vehicles adapted to receive municipal waste, 2 vehicles adapted to collect selectively collected municipal waste and 1 vehicle to collect waste without a compacting function.
6.2. Municipal waste collection vehicles should meet the requirements of Directive 98/69 / C (emission limit values) - at least the Euro 4 standard.
