The framework agreement for construction management comprises Statsbygg Region East's properties in Østfold, Hedmark and Oppland. Assignment Manager for Statsbygg Region East will vary from assignment to assignment.

The property portfolio will vary due to the purchase, sale and aquisition of new buildings. As of today, Statsbygg Region East has a total of approximately 1 083 000 m² of floor space distributed throughout the Eastern part of Norway.

Property mass is of varying age and built with different building techniques, several of the properties are heritage conservation and worthy of preservation.

The purpose of the framework agreement for construction management is to ensure that Statsbygg Region East has sufficient capacity and expertise at any time. Through the framework agreement Statsbygg Region East wishes to recruit permanent building managers that can be accessed when required, for both short and longer assignments.
