The contract includes optional installments defined in the specifications. Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation. The purpose of this contract is to repair the roads in the Flanders Lys territory, for the municipalities of Estaires, Fleurbaix, Haverskerque, Laventie, Lestrem, Merville, Sailly-sur-la-Lys. The procedure contains small lots (lots 4 and 5) which will be passed under a suitable procedure.
