In the event that the documentation indicates trademarks, patents or origin, sources or a specific process that characterizes the products - the Contracting Authority allows to offer equivalent solutions. In the description of the subject matter of the contract, the Contracting Authority specified the criteria used to assess equivalence. – if applicable.
