In essence, the following measures are intended for execution:

- Installation of 2 pcs. Control cabinets with freely programmable automation system,

- Connecting new heating circuits on existing control cabinet,

- Number of data points: 250 physical, 350 communicative,

- Control / regulation of heating systems, connection of two independent ventilation systems via BACnet,

- Connecting the automation stations to the existing management system via BACnet IP according to DIN EN ISO 16484-5,

- Setup network for recording the consumption data of 10 meters via M-Bus,

- Construction network for the control of approx. 50 fire dampers,

- Integration of hot water preparation via ModBus,

- Installation of approx. 10,500 m of cable incl. Installation material.
