The AG intends on the grounds of the former Fahrzeuggetriebewerkes II, Färberstraße 27, 08371 Glauchau to demolish and dispose of the vacant structures, including disposal of waste deposits and subsequent design and landscaping with residence quality.

The subject of the planned commissioning is the planning services for:

- demolition measures or construction site clearing and the waste disposal according to AHO Heft 18 on the basis of the HOAI (2013) § 35 i. V. with Annex 10,

- the free-space planning according to HOAI § 39 i. V. with Annex 11.

The client intends to commission the performance levels 2-4 according to AHO Heft 18 for subproject 1 and to commission subproject 2 the performance phases 3 - 8 according to HOAI § 39. The commissioning takes place gradually. First, the service phase 3 is commissioned.

- the free-space planning according to HOAI § 39 i. V. with Annex 11.

The planning services described above correspond to the following subprojects:

Subproject1: Demolition measures for 10 buildings (complete demolition), of paved areas and various components of the outdoor area, an industrial chimney and various fences. Abort of media connections. Litter boxes and disposal of mineral waste. Waste disposal.

Subproject 2: Terrain Production / Reuse. Free plant design.

The award is made on one commission, the subprojects mentioned above are not to be understood as lots. The planning services will start from the date of the order, probably in January 2020. The monitoring and implementation of the measure is expected to end on 31.12.2020.
