Part 1. Purchase, delivery and installation of water and sewerage management systems (GIS, SCADA, telemetry system)

The range of parts includes:

Task 1 — purchase, delivery and implementation of an IT system for record keeping and managing the water and sewer network, as well as the implementation of the GIS system, and the purchase of a server

Task 2- purchase, delivery and installation of telemetry devices, i.e.: telemetry posts with the necessary equipment and its configuration and purchase and implementation of the SCADA system. Number of measuring points on the water pipe in the Bielina agglomeration: DN 160- 8 points; DN110-5 points.

Part 2. Purchase and factory delivery of a new portable power generator set with chassis in a cased and closed version for outdoor operation, to supply induction systems operating on inverters.

• Detailed scope of the order and the requirements for equipment and information systems is provided in Annex 9 to the SWZ Detailed description of the subject of the contract. During the duration of the contract, the Contracting Authority allows a change in the size of the contract, the scope of which does not exceed the powers of the Ordering Authority under the Public Procurement Law

• The amount of the offer should include training for all employees indicated by the Ordering Party or the User of water and sewerage networks. Training should be done in the field of operation and configuration of implemented IT systems. The training must take place prior to the signing of the final acceptance protocol on the installed devices and at the premises of the Ordering Party. Before performing the training, the Contractor shall register in the IT system all telemetry devices of the water supply network in the area of Bielina agglomeration and describe them in accordance with the Ordering Authority's guidelines.

• All installation and installation work carried out in the vicinity of the existing site armament (teletechnical cables, sewer lines, water supply) should be carried out manually with extreme caution and under the supervision of a network user employee.

c) The warranty card in Polish and the user manual in Polish must be provided together with the aggregate.
