Realization of geotechnical studies on the heritage of the SPLA-IN AMP.

This contract is a multi-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders placed in accordance with Articles L.2125-1 1° and R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The number of successful tenderers is set at a maximum of 3 (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). Purchase orders will be awarded on a "rotational" basis. The first will be awarded to the holder ranked first, the second will be awarded to the holder ranked second and so on. This framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value of services (over the total duration of the framework agreement) of 1,670,000.00 euro (s) HT.
