The Contracting Authority has initiated the planning of a new E16 on the section Nymoen/Hensmoen to Eggemoen in Ringerike municipality. The project is a direct continuance of the new E16 between Eggemoen and Olum and shall be connected directly to this project at the Eggemoen plateau.

A municipal sector plan (KDP) with an accompanying impact assessment (KU) shall be prepared. The municipal sector plan and the impact assessment work shall be based on the proposal to the Plan Program available for public examination up until 1.7.2016. The preparation of zoning plans with technical plans is an option to the assignment.
