In particular, the contract relates to the following macro activities beyond those indicated in the performance specifications:

I) video production and processing (see point A of the performance specifications);

II) video production and processing with archaeological reconstructions (see point B of the performance specifications);

III) graphic project with coordinated image and publications related to the museum of the nymphaeum; editing of texts for publications, panels, videos, captions (see point C of the performance specifications);

IV) design layout and supply for the arrangement of dried plants, flowers and seeds, for the preparation of the chest of drawers of the nymphaeum (see point D of the performance specifications).

Pursuant to art. 51, paragraph 1 of the Code, the contract was not divided into lots for the following reasons: the type of service, the peculiarity of the services requested and the high degree of professionalism required do not allow the division into multiple functional lots. Also, given the important presence of archaeological finds forming part of a single architectural fabric, the contract will be the subject of in-depth studies by the competent superintendence and possible consequent implementing provisions; it is therefore considered that the assignment of the service to a single economic operator guarantees and ensures the necessary homogeneity and effectiveness in the performance of the same.

The duration of the contract is 8 months, starting from the date of signing the contract.

The amount based on the tender is 300,000.00 EUR (three hundred thousand euros), VAT and security charges for risks of excluded interference.

There are no so-called security costs for the performance of this contract. interferences pursuant to art. 26, paragraph 3 bis, of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008, as no risks and interventions for which it is necessary to draw up the Single Document for the Evaluation of Interference Risks (DUVRI) are not detectable. The so-called interference charges for safety are therefore EUR 0.00 pursuant to the provisions of the National Anti-Corruption Authority with its own resolution no. 3 of 5.3.2008.

For the purposes of art. 35, paragraph 4, of the Code, the maximum estimated value including any option, renewal or extension of the contract, is equal to EUR 350 000.00 (three hundred and fifty thousand euros) excluding VAT and safety charges.

The contracting authority reserves the right, within the limits of Article 63, paragraph 5, of the Code, to entrust the contractor, by the date of expiry of the contract, with new services consisting in the repetition of similar services, as provided for in the documents of this contract, for an estimated total amount not exceeding 50,000.00 EUR (fifty thousand euros / 00) excluding VAT and safety charges.

For the above, the contract can be modified, without a new award procedure, pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 1, lett. a), of the Code, upon the occurrence of the following conditions: particular circumstances occurred, regarding the contract in question, which may occur during construction.

The scope of the permitted change may not exceed the amount of EUR 50,000.00 (fifty thousand euros / 00) excluding VAT and safety charges.
