The city of Longvic conducts a consultation to subscribe insurance contracts divided into 4 lots.
All buildings and properties owned, leased and / or occupied by the municipality for any reason whatsoever.
This contract guarantees, within the limits of the commitments and deductibles provided for below, the community against the pecuniary consequences of the liability that it may incur as a result of the damage or injury caused to others. This contract also guarantees the remedies that may be exercised against the community by its salaried employees, social welfare organizations, social security schemes or other communities, as well as damages suffered by trainees or pre-hired persons, community collaborators and volunteers.
The purpose of this contract is to insure all motor vehicles, vehicles, trailers and cyclos subject to the compulsory insurance provided for in Article L. 211-1 of the Insurance Code and of which the city of Longvic is owner or of which it has the custody or the use according to the guarantees and provisions hereafter and those envisaged with the appendices of these particular conditions. These special conditions cancel and replace, for what they have most favorable to the insured, the provisions of the Special Agreements (CS) and general conditions attached. It is agreed that in case of dispute over the application of these documents it will be the clause most favorable to the insured that will apply.
In addition and by way of derogation from the general terms and conditions in the appendix, the object of this contract is to ensure, in the event of the occurrence of a guaranteed dispute, the defense of the rights of the insured, either in an amicable framework or within a judicial framework if a transactional solution is not found. The contract guarantees, within the limits stipulated in the contract, all legal costs, expertise and legal fees that are necessary as well as the costs of executing the judgments, particularly the bailiff's fees. In the areas of guaranteed law and in the context of its litigation prevention mission, the insurer responds to the Insured's legal telephone advice requests, in accordance with the rules of the contract. The warranties in this contract are limited to actions falling under Laws 83-634 (Article 11), 96-1093 (Article 50), 2000-647 (Article 10), 2003-239 (Article 112), 2016-483 ( Articles 20 and following).
