New construction of a primary school and daycare center at Lincoln Settlement_Sportboden.
The science city of Darmstadt intends to build a new elementary school and day care center with a two-field sports hall in the Lincoln settlement in Darmstadt.
The building will be built in solid construction with load-bearing outer walls and columns as well as economical ceiling spans and stiffening cores. The partitions to the learning landscapes are designed as transparent system partitions in a mullion-transom construction.
Gross floor area: approx. 11 200 m
Levels: 3 including basement
Overall dimensions LxWxH: approx. 96 x 65 x 8 m (over the terrain)
The building is divided into parts BT A to BT H. These components are completed from BT A through BT B to BT E (see Appendix "LIN component overview"). The shell in BT E, including the sports hall roof structure, was completed by September 2020, the roof will be sealed in October 2020. Technical installations and the UK of the sports hall equipment will follow, probably in week 2.2021, as well as acoustic suspended ceilings - each in the sports and gymnastics hall. The construction of the UK impact walls in the sports and gymnastics hall will take place before the sports floor is installed from the beginning of February and will be finished with the cladding of the impact walls by mid-March 2021 after the floor covering work. The execution of the sports floor is to be carried out in the same order as that of all previous trades, so that the sports floor works after the finished execution in the period from the beginning of February to the beginning of March 2021. This can result in work interruptions of up to a maximum of 2 weeks between the construction phases of the components. Interfaces with the AN Impact walls in the sports or gymnastics hall require parallel work that must be coordinated.
The subject of the advertised services is the provision of the "sports floor" service for the aforementioned project. Reference is also made to the specification of services.
