? Need 1: Have a flexible questionnaire creation tool to host a library of questions (unique identifier). These unique questions can be automatically reused to generate questionnaires based on external database imports.

? Need 2: Develop a web space (Front Office) with specific functionalities according to different user profiles as well as an administrator space (Back Office) allowing the management and control of operations carried out in the Front Office.
