1. The description of the subject of the contract was determined in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No. 213/2008 of November 28, 2007 amending Regulation (EC) No. 2195/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 79710000-4 - Security services, 79715000-9 - Surveillance services using the alarm, 79711000-1 - Patrol services.
2. The subject of the contract includes:
The subject of the contract is the provision of security services for persons and property in military complexes located at ul. Szubińska 2, ul. Szubińska 32 and ul. Szubińska 105 in Bydgoszcz implemented in the form of direct physical protection by Specialized Armed Protective Formations (SUFO) by the Contractor holding a license to conduct business activities in the field of protection of persons and property, in accordance with the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Dz. Of Laws of 2018, item 2142, as amended)
The services in question will be provided from 11.1.2020 to 10.1.2022.
In military complexes:
a) at ul. Szubińska 2 in Bydgoszcz,
b) at ul. Szubińska 32 in Bydgoszcz,
c) at ul. Szubińska 105 in Bydgoszcz,
