The purpose of this consultation is to carry out a project management mission for the energy and thermal renovation project of building 08 of the IRSN site in Fontenay-Aux-Roses (92). The contract consists of several tranches pursuant to Article R.2113-4 of the French Public Procurement Code. The firm tranche corresponds to the basic project management mission, the content of which is defined in Articles R.2431-20 to R.2431-23 of the French Public Procurement Code (Aps-Apd-Pro-Dce-Act-Visa-Det-Aor). The optional tranche corresponds to the additional mission "Scheduling-Steering and Coordination"
