The object of this consultation is a single contract on the supply and transmission of electricity to supply the delivery points of installations with a power lower than 36 kVA of the contracting authority, the list of which is provided in appendix n ° 1 to this CCATP.

The purpose of the framework agreement includes the following services:

- the complete supply of electrical energy to the delivery points supplying the buildings of the contracting authority (including temporary connections);

- access to the public distribution network and its use for delivery points under a single contract;

- the role of balance responsible party included in the price of the supply of electrical energy;

- the services associated with this supply.

The framework agreement takes effect from its notification. The start of the supply and delivery of electricity is set for 1.1.2021.

The end of the framework agreement is set for 12.31.2023 at midnight.
