The subject of the contract is the provision of development, technical assistance and maintenance services of the Internet Auction Platform, hereinafter referred to as "IPA", through the provision of the following services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party:
1) IPA maintenance service,
2) IPA development service,
3) Technical Support Service,
4) IPA Transfer and Configuration Service.
The description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ entitled Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order. Other conditions regarding the execution of the contract are specified in the Proposed Provisions of the Agreement, which constitute Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.

Other conditions regarding the execution of the contract are specified in the Proposed Provisions of the Agreement, which constitute Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party informs that the information contained in the documentation and source codes of the IPA is confidential and may not be made available to persons other than the Contractor. The Ordering Party shall make available the source codes and part of the documentation referred to above in electronic form on the FTP server. In order to gain access to them, Contractors are obliged to submit a written request to the Ordering Party together with an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the information obtained. The template of the application and the commitment is attached as Annex 11 to the SWZ. The application must be submitted via the Platform available at: http://zamowienia-ure.ezamawiajacy.pl. The Ordering Party reserves that the version of the available documentation and source codes may differ from the version of documentation and source codes provided to the selected Contractor after the conclusion of the Agreement (if it wants to use them in the implementation of the Order), in connection with possible corrections to the errors identified in the meantime.
