The purpose of this tender procedure is to award the award by framework agreement with a single economic operator (for each tender lot), pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3, first sentence of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, of the ordinary maintenance service of public green areas on the territorial basin of Clara east.

Ordinary maintenance service of public green areas in the municipalities of Lagosanto, Ostellato and Portomaggiore (FE)The framework agreement concerns the execution of the ordinary maintenance service of public green areas in the Municipalities of Lagosanto, Ostellato and Portomaggiore (FE), with loading, transport and unloading of waste at the transfer sites identified by the Customer.
The services covered by the framework agreement do not include processing costs, which shall be borne by the Client.
The mowing methods provided for in these specifications and subject to the offer are as follows:
- mowing of green areas, with collection of waste material;
- mowing of green areas, without collection of waste material;
- mowing along roadsides (quay);
- mowing along roadsides (quay with relative escarpment);
- mowing along embankments;
- mowing of green areas, without collection of waste material, inside sensitive parks and prestigious oases;
- mowing roadsides in sensitive parks and prestigious oases.

The services covered by the framework agreement do not include processing costs, which shall be borne by the Client.
