The tender covers the electrical and telecommunications technology in the 2nd construction phase for the conversion and expansion of the St. Marien Hospital in Ahaus. The following subsections in Building 900 on the hospital grounds are affected by the construction work:

The construction site is located in the city area of 48683 Ahaus, Wüllener Straße 101.

The construction work must be carried out during ongoing hospital operations.

Electrical and telecommunications engineering includes the following services:

- Low-voltage main distribution AV and SV network

- NYM pipelines approx. 24,000 m

- Sub-distributions 8 pieces

- Cable platform approx. 650 m, data cabinets 3 pieces

- Data sockets approx. 250 pieces

- Nurse call terminals approx. 36 pieces

- Smoke detectors approx. 148 pieces

- Data line approx. 14,000 m

- Miscellaneous and ancillary work, such as core drilling, commissioning, etc.
