The subject of the contract includes comprehensive works related to the delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installation elements on residential, utility buildings and on the ground. The total number of photovoltaic installations is 113 pieces.

1. The subject of the contract includes comprehensive works related to the supply and assembly of photovoltaic installation elements on residential, utility buildings and on the ground. The total number of photovoltaic installations is 113 pieces.

2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes, in particular, the delivery and assembly works including photovoltaic installations:

1) agreeing solutions with the local energy company,

2) construction of a photovoltaic panel system on the structure along with the supply of instrumentation and wiring,

3) installation of protection on the AC and DC side,

4) construction of the installation connection to the network,

5) installation of measuring systems,

6) performing works to secure the installation;

7) performing appropriate electrical measurements and drawing up protocols

8) commissioning of the installation

3. The detailed scope of work to be performed by the Contractor is described in the Functional and Utility Program, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and in the draft contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ
