— This procurement applies to tuition in Norwegian on various levels as well as social studies for newly arrived and long-term refugees. The tender must be divided in 2;

— group 1: the refugees with right to tuition in Norwegian, and

— group 2: the refugees that are participating in the introductory programme.

The extent is difficult to estimate, but is expected to include 15-25 participants per annum in group 1.

Please note that Enebakk municipality has no control of whom are moving to the municipality and thus have right to tuition in Norwegian. Group 2 is estimated to contain 20-50 participants per annum. However, the current refugee situation makes it difficult to predict how this will be in the future.
