The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of polymer (flocculant) in liquid and solid form with transport to the Ordering Party's headquarters included in the price.

During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party provides for the purchase of:

3.3.1. polymer in liquid form up to 20 000 kg,

3.3.2. solid polymer up to 15 000 kg.

3.2. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of polymer (flocculant) in liquid and solid form with transport to the Ordering Party's registered office included in the price.

3.3. During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party provides for the purchase of:

3.3.1. polymer in liquid form up to 20 000 kg,

3.3.2. solid polymer up to 15 000 kg.

3.4. Product and delivery characteristics:

3.4.1. This delivery includes:

a) Supply of polymer in liquid form – for use in the process of mechanical thickening of aerobically stabilized deposits:

Purpose: pre-thickening of sewage sludge on a mechanical compactor.

Hydration of sediments in the feed: 99%,

Final sediment hydration: 94%

b) Supply of polymer in solid form – sludge press:

Purpose: dewatering of sewage sludge on a belt filter press,

Sediment hydration in the feed: 96%,

Final sediment hydration: 80%,

Polymer consumption up to 5g/ksm of sludge or up to 60 g/m3 of hydrated sludge.

3.5. Please be advised that the sludge subject to dewatering on the filter press is mixed sludge:

a) 50% of the sludge after simultaneous aerobic stabilisation in activated sludge chambers (MUCT system),

(b) 50% of the precipitate fermented in Imhoff settling tanks (fermentation time 30 days).

3.6. Liquid polymer is used for aerobically stabilised sludge and solid polymer for mixed sediment.
