The subject of the Order is:

Supply of other materials

Rump. 1 – Mop pads, pad holders, aluminium sticks

Rump. 2 – Cleaner's trolley small

Rump. 3 – Touchless automatic dispenser

Rump. 4 – Duvets, pillows

Rump. 5 – Single waste trolleys

Rump. 6 – Disposable towel roll dispensers

Rump. 7 – Trolley for clean and dirty linen

Zad. 8 – Mata dekontaminacyjna

The contracting authority allows partial bids.

Parts of the order are the individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks 1 to 8.

The Contracting Authority informs that the Contractor may submit a bid for a maximum of 8 tasks (without limiting the number of tasks per one Contractor)

Detailed description of the item of the order include Annex 2b to SWZ.

Rump. 1 – Mop pads, pad holders, aluminium sticks

Requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the subject matter of the contract in relation to all tasks

1) the product offered must have certificates, certificates and be registered in accordance with the provisions of law requiring the possession of certificates, certificates and registration,

2. The product offered must comply with the standards or technical specifications applicable for that product;

3.4. In cases where trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes certain products or services provided by a particular contractor are indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, this means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject of the contract in sufficiently precise and understandable, however, in any such situation the Contracting Authority allows a solution equivalent to those described in the above. In such situations, possible indications for trademarks, patents, origin, source or specific process that characterizes certain products or services provided by a particular contractor shall be read together with the words “or equivalent”.

13.1. The evaluation of tenders will be carried out on the basis of the criteria set out in the SWZ and their weights.

Offers will be assessed separately for individual Tasks.

During the evaluation of the offers, the subsequent considered and evaluated offers are awarded points for the following criteria according to the following rules:
