the meals to be provided to residents, residents' guests, outside elderly people and municipal staff will be prepared on site, in the kitchen of the Jardins de Noisy restaurant, by the service provider who will ensure the purchase of the foodstuffs necessary for the preparation of these meals and ancillary services. The quantities that will be ordered under this contract are likely to vary over a period of one year, within the following limits:

- Meals of residents and guests per year: minimum: 5,500 - maximum: 11,000

- Meals of municipal staff per year: minimum: 150 - maximum: 1,500
