Grŵp Llandrillo Menai (GLLM) is looking to appoint one or more consultancies to provide a service to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of 6 SPF funded projects.

The successful contractor will be required to prepare a draft evaluation report for the project by the 10th November 2024, as per funding agreement with the local authorities and UK Government. Both GLLM and the UK Government recognise the information contained within an evaluation report will contain some forecasts for expenditure, outputs and outcomes.
