The Gymnasium Lutherschule in Hanover will receive a new 5-storey extension made of reinforced concrete. The gross floor area is 3,800 sqm.

For this purpose, flooring work is put out to tender for linoleum and rubber, as well as skirting boards, preparatory work and initial care.

Flooring work: approx. 2,400 m² of epoxy resin primers, approx. 1,950 m² of linoleum and approx. 440 m² of rubber, of which approx. 160 m² is dissipative flooring and approx. 1,400 m of lacquered skirting boards made of solid wood, including all preparatory work (e.g. preparing the substrate, levelling fillers), initial cleaning and maintenance, protective measures and minor other work (installation of floor/door stoppers, opening and closing profiles as well as expansion joint and angle profiles)
