The scope of this tender oversees the supply and service provision of multi-functionals. Per multifunctional, it consists of at least:

• The delivery and ready-to-use delivery of the multifunctional:

o Minimal functionalities;

o Agreed optional functionalities.

• Print:

o Black/white A4;

o Color A4;

o Black/White A3;

o Color A3.

• Maintenance and malfunctions.

The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract one (1) Tenderer for the supply/services of multifunctionals over an initial period of four (4) years. Contracting authority has a one-sided, optional renewal option of two (2) times one (1) year.
