De opdracht is als volgt opgebouwd:

1. Het in samenwerking met andere leveranciers en externe dienstverleners onderhouden en uitbreiden van koppelingen met relevante front-end en back-end systemen;

2. Het op afroep realiseren van functionele aanpassingen op de inrichting van Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM;

3. Het uitvoeren van beheer en onderhoud op de inrichting van Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM;

4. 3e lijn support op het Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
