For the service period from 01.08.2022 to 31.07.2026, a service provider is required that is available to BIM GmbH with approximately 100 person days (PT) per year to provide the consulting and support services described below and to accompany the projects listed below.
The service provider should use a professional ticketing system to ensure continuous operational readiness, e.g. in the event of disruptions. In addition, the ongoing maintenance of personnel measures and the training of users is to be carried out.
In addition, the consulting firm should be able to set up and implement the legal changes. In addition, the HCM service provider should check and make any necessary HCM specific adjustments.
If necessary, the service provider should take on the following tasks, among others:
a) Eliminate errors in the representation of BV remuneration in the system,
b) Create or change new wage types,
c) adjust the payment slip,
d) Creation of new health insurance companies or delimitation in case of merger, roles/user setup (in case of expansion),
e) Creation of analysis schemes if required,
f) Support ESS/MSS (employee service)
There are regular jour fixes to coordinate the tasks.
The service provider is to set up accrual reporting as well as the mapping of hearing processes, digitizing personnel files, personnel cost plans, preparing for the upgrade to the new HCM Release H4S4 and extending the use of ESS/MSS (including reporting). The use of ESS/MSS is to be significantly expanded and expanded to include various processes. The service provider supports the client in defining the processes, selecting the appropriate FIORI application and sets up the processes.
The HCM system and the FI/CO system are separate systems for us. The service provider provides support in maintaining and adapting ALE scenarios (e.g. posting payroll, synchronizing personnel and organizational data, and synchronizing cost centers, etc.
