The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with a total estimated volume of 110,903,874 kWh in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021 for participants of the "Purchase Group of Electricity Nowy Sącz 2019" acting on their own behalf and for organizational units. The Purchasing Group consists of 18 entities. Estimated volume of energy divided into tariff groups:

a) tariff group Bxx - about 25 663 370 kWh

b) tariff group Cxx - about 73 526 756 kWh

c) tariff group Gxx - approximately 3,316,793 kWh

d) Oxx tariff group - about 8 396 955 kWh

2. Employers carry out the proceedings jointly based on the provisions of art. 16 sec. 1 of the Act.
