The city of Herrenberg intends to rebuild and expand the natural science area and to refurbish the building stock of the Andreae-Gymnasium in Herrenberg.
The space program covers approx. 1 800 m
The costs are currently estimated at EUR 2.8 million net KG 300 + 400.
Construction is scheduled for spring 2021.
For the services of the technical planning TGA gem. §§ 53, 55 HOAI ALG 4 + 5, optional 6 (electrical), LPH 1-9 is looking for a suitable engineering office. The commissioning should take place gradually.
The city of Herrenberg intends to rebuild and expand the natural science area and to refurbish the building stock of the Andreae-Gymnasium in Herrenberg.
The entire NW area of the high school is to be restructured and supplemented by multi-surfaces. These necessary school room areas according to the current school promotion guideline can not be accommodated in the building stock, therefore a structural extension of the school on the competition property becomes necessary. The general classrooms should continue to be maintained.
When redesigning the extension, the connection to the building stock as well as the educational and organizational requirements should be considered accordingly.
For the accommodation of the room program areas are the extension, as well as the entire, northwestern part of the building of the Gymnasium available. The building structure should be preserved. The remaining parts of the gymnasium, the cafeteria and the two sports halls remain in their function and use.
In addition, the task includes the creation of a façade concept for the entire school building from the 1970s and the extension building from 2001. The refurbishment is to be planned for the entire ensemble of buildings and is to be implemented on a building-by-building basis.
At present, an architect competition is being carried out, which is expected to be completed in 2019. Proposals are to be made in the competition on how to implement the restructuring and general refurbishment with as little intervention as possible in everyday school life. For this purpose, the architects have to show a concept of the individual construction phases.
The existing heating network is operated by the city Herrenberg itself and cared for by the caretaker. A calculation of the Fp value according to FW309 is currently not available. Since the cogeneration share is <5%, a fulfillment of the EEWärmeG by the sole connection is not given.
The following points have to be considered for the cultivation / new construction:
- Connection to the local heating network 75/55
- Hydraulic decoupling by small buffer storage or heat transfer station depending on heat demand and required system temperatures,
- Integration of the MSR technology in the overall scheme of the plant,
- Controllers must be bacnet capable!
- Depending on the competition proposal, the extension / building would have to be heated by its own heat pump => fulfillment of EEWärmeG,
- Install a PV system with battery storage on the roof and in the technical room. The goal is the use of own electricity by PV,
In the case of a new building, it should be connected to the existing system (district heating network, electricity + heat).
The technical planning TGA (HLS) / or structural design is the subject of a separate contract notice.
At the moment there are parallel tenders for the extension of the Vogt-Heß-Gemeinschaftsschule.
