South Thames College wishes to appoint a service provider to enter into a Contract for the delivery of a preventative maintenance services for the following systems;

— Fire Alarm and Detection System (including Fire Extinguisher maintenance),

— Access Control System,

— Intruder Alarm System,

— Door Entry System,

— CCTV System,

— Security Entry Barriers,

— Gas Suppression Systems.

It is intended that the contract will run for three years with an option to extend for a further two years.

The college's premises extend over three campuses in Wandsworth, Merton and Tooting totalling some 50,000+Sqm (GIA).

There is a mixture of newly refurbished equipment and legacy items, there will, during the term of the contract, be a planned programme to update equipment that has reached the end of it's useful life. The successful contractor will be expected participate in that programme.
