The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the extension and reconstruction of the primary school building in Wilczyce, Wrocławska 15, Journal No. 173/9, 173/10, 173/13, Wilczyce precinct, Długołęka municipality and obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the final partial permit to use the facility for the first stage – in accordance with the stages specified in the Land Development Project – including the construction of a new school building along with land development and the necessary technical infrastructure.

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the extension and reconstruction of the primary school building in Wilczyce, Wrocławska 15, Journal No. 173/9, 173/10, 173/13, Wilczyce precinct, Długołęka municipality and obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the final partial permit to use the facility for the first stage – in accordance with the stages specified in the Land Development Project – including the construction of a new school building along with land development and the necessary technical infrastructure.

Parameters of the entire facility:

1) building area – 2586,50 m2,

2) net area – 5538,00 m2,

3) maximum height – 11.98 m,

4) cubic capacity – 23942,23 m3,

5) number of storeys – 3.

As part of the implementation of works in Stage I, additional works described in the study – Staging – should also be taken into account, in particular the implementation of a temporary water connection for the existing school building and insulation of the building connector at the junction of stage I with stage II.

As part of the task, the delivery of mobile equipment of rooms, i.e. chairs, armchairs, tables, seats, desks, shelves, office containers, carpets, computer sets, printers, should not be valued.

The subject of the contract will be implemented in the vicinity of an active educational facility. As part of the task, the contractor should take into account additional protection of the area due to the above.

1) project documentation (including in the Supplement to project documentation folder);

2) technical specification of execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB);

and in the Draft Agreement.

Due to the lump sum settlement, the Ordering Party does not provide bills of quantities.
