The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of "standard" diesel oil and diesel oil "with improved low-temperature properties" to Czysta Region Spółka z o. o. in Kędzierzyn-Koźle (47-230), 7 Naftowa Street, in a cycle of 2 deliveries per month (tank capacity 4,500 dm3) and to a designated tank-service station on the premises of the Plant in Kędzierzyn-Koźle, 42/44 Grunwaldzka Street, in a cycle of 7 or 8 deliveries per month (tank capacity 4,500 dm3), according to the nomenclature specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) on quality requirements for liquid fuels. The amount of diesel fuel is given as an estimate and may change during the performance of the contract depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.
Estimated fuel quantity based on orders carried out in previous years:
• "standard" diesel fuel – 490,000 liters +/- 20%;
• diesel fuel "with improved low-temperature properties" – 30,000 liters
