This framework agreement is a contract for the education of seedlings (cultivation contracts) to meet the needs of the ONF of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Its purpose is to: - Educate, sort and deliver seedlings, in containers (pots or clods), - Educate, uproot, sort and deliver seedlings, in bare roots. The execution of this framework agreement is governed by the general clauses for the purchase of forest services in state forests in its version 9200-17-DCC-SAM-001? version F? May 2022 and the National Specifications for Forestry Works and Services (CNPTSF). By extension, the clauses of the two documents listed above also apply to services provided in other forests covered by the forestry regime. The documents are available in the consultation file.
