1. The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356), including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, nature conservation, timber harvesting and harvesting, maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, hunting, nursery and seed production, as well as obtaining Christmas trees to be made in the Ustrzyki Dolne Forest District in 2024.

2. The procedure shall be conducted: 1) in an open tender procedure pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605, hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Law") and implementing acts to the Public Procurement Law.2) in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139(1), (3)-(4) of the Public Procurement Law.
