The subject of the contract is "Successive deliveries of diesel oil in the maximum amount of 550 m3 intended for the drive of diesel combustion engines with compression ignition, used in public transport buses in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024. The minimum amount of diesel fuel that the Ordering Party will be obliged to collect is 450m3.

To calculate the price of the offer, the maximum amount of diesel ordered by the Ordering Party is assumed. The Ordering Party does not anticipate the purchase of diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties during the term of the order.

Detailed description of the subject of the contract:

The offered diesel fuel must meet at least the conditions set out in:

• PN-EN 590:2022-08 standard for diesel oil

• Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680).

In the event of differences between the requirements set out in the PN-EN 590:2022-08 standard and the current Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels, the regulation shall prevail.

The offered diesel oil must be microbiologically clean and resistant throughout the year to possible biological contamination in tanks and service station installations.

The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex 6 of the SWZ (draft provisions of the contract).

Sampling and storage in order to carry out laboratory tests verifying the compliance of the supplied products with the parameters specified in the offer will be in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 1 September 2009 on the method of sampling liquid fuels and liquid biofuels (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 147, item 1189).

The quantity of deliveries will be settled and invoiced at the reference temperature (15°C).

Both the tanks and the measuring devices of the Ordering Party have and will have valid legalizations during the execution of the order.
