provision of project management assistance for the pre-programming and technical and architectural feasibility of the judicial city project in Mamoudzou (Mayotte)

the services provided for in this contract consist in the performance of services on behalf of the contracting authority to study the feasibility and define the pre-program of the future judicial city of Mamoudzou.

The market is broken down into slices, it has a firm slice and four optional slices.

The firm tranche includes the following missions:

- The elaboration of the pre-program concerning the Appeal Chamber-Court of Appeal, the Judicial Court, the Labour Court and the Mixed Commercial Court;

- The feasibility study on the selected site.

The contract also includes the following four optional tranches:

- Updating the feasibility study to integrate the Administrative Tribunal;

- Updating the feasibility study to integrate the PJJ;

- Updating the feasibility study to integrate the SPIP;

- The update of the feasibility study in the event of a significant change in the number of staff to be taken into account after the validation of the study.
