3.2. Short description of the item of the order:

1) The object of the order is delivery in the form of an operating lease with the option of redemption of a single-vascular wheel loader. The charger must be factory new, mass-produced, year of production not older than 2020, engine produced by the manufacturer of the machine, full tires. The charger must have a factory warranty granted for a minimum period of 5 years, from the date of delivery of the item of the order or a minimum of 9000 mothours.

2. Detailed description of the equipment provided, warranty conditions and other requirements are set out in Annex 6 “Description of the object of the order”.

3) Type of lease: operating on a tax basis, depreciation allowances is made by the contractor (financers in the lease agreement) - in accordance with Annex No 7 “Leasing Terms”

4) The Contractor shall be obliged to carry out free training of operators in the field of maintenance at the office of the contracting operator, for the employees indicated by the contracting authority...

3) Type of lease: operating on a tax basis, depreciation allowances is made by the contractor (the financer in the lease agreement).

4) The Contractor shall be obliged to carry out free maintenance training of operators at the premises of the contracting operator within the deadlines agreed at the stage of implementation of the contract,

5) The order does not cover the insurance of the subject of the contract, which will be insured by the contracting authority during the entire duration of the lease contract.

6. Conditions and requirements for operating leases, including the provisions that must be entered into the contract, are set out in Annex 7 “Leasing Conditions”.

2. Other comments:

1) The Contracting Authority does not split the order into parts due to the indivisibility of the subject of the order.

2) It is not foreseen to award a contract involving the repetition of similar services.

3) Submission of partial tenders shall not be allowed.

4) The submission of variant tenders shall not be permitted.

5) The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility to exercise the right of option.
