The assignment is offered as a framework agreement with a supplier with a contract starting on 01 April 2023. The agreement runs for 4 years with the possibility of extension for 1 x 24 months. The total consumption of products covered by the offer amounts to approximately DKK 200,000 excl. VAT on an annual basis, however, a maximum of DKK 300,000 excl. VAT. The agreement does not include asset management or portfolio management advice and trading. During this period, the contracting entity undertakes to purchase the products and services offered from the winning tenderer. If this cannot cover a specific need, the ordering party reserves the right to purchase this for another party. The total consumption of products covered by the offer amounts to approximately DKK 200,000 excl. VAT on an annual basis, however, a maximum of DKK 300,000 excl. VAT. This is only an estimate which is not binding on the contracting entity. Under no circumstances may the supplier terminate the agreement, claim compensation or the like if the agreement is not used 100% by the contracting entity. The agreement does not include asset management or portfolio management advice and trading. The requirements specification for the products covered by the tender is set out in Chapter 3 of the tender documents. When the tenderer submits a tender on the basis of these tender documents, it will be considered by the contracting entity as the tenderer's acceptance of stated requirements. The tender is not divided into lots as this would impose disproportionate administrative burdens on the contracting entity in the tendering process and in contract management.
