The purpose of this contract is to carry out various reprography services for the needs of the GHT Hainaut Cambrésis.

This open tender is subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2161-2 o to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The provisions of Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the Code of Public Order relating to framework agreements and Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code relating to framework agreements by issuing purchase orders will apply. This single-award framework agreement with purchase orders will be included without a minimum amount or annual maximum.
