The subject of the contract is a group life insurance service for employees of the District Prosecutor's Office in Gliwice and its subordinate units and members of their families.

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of a service in the field of voluntary group life insurance for employees of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Gliwice and its subordinate units, retired prosecutors and their family members. Employees of the District Prosecutor's Office in Gliwice and their family members (spouses, partners and adult children) will be able to join one of four Variants of group life insurance, differentiated by the scope of protection and the amount of benefits. Expected number of participants in the insurance contract: Prosecutors and Employees - 355 and this is the number of people currently insured and family members - 100 and this is the number of currently insured. The Ordering Party does not guarantee that all insurance will benefit from the option of switching to group life insurance.
