Framework agreements for new construction, repair and remodeling of the district heating and remote cooling distribution network; Predominant work is with district heat.Scope of a project can vary from 5 meters of copper conduction to 300 meters of steel conduct.The contractor should carry out welding works in two different geographical areas. The scope of the mission for the two areas is based on statistics for work done in 2019-2020.The agreement is estimated to cover about SEK 8,000,000 per annum distributed by about 75% in the municipality of Helsingborg and 25% in Ängelholm Municipality. The number of projects per year is about 150 pieces distributed by about 10% chamber audits; 30% copper tube culvert and the remaining 60% on steel tube culvers.The contract includes readiness outside regular working hours. Scope approximately 5-10 interventions per year and mainly refers to acute leaks.

The agreement requires the tenderer to have access to staff with approved proficiency tests within:
Gas welding steel
Elsvets steel with stick
Hard soldering copper
In the case of individual major projects with a scope of approximately 3 million SEK or more, the requester has the right to make separate tenders. Scope refers to the total value of earthworks, piping and welding, piping material and joint insulation works etc.Ceiling volume for the framework contract including option years is SEK 65 million. If purchases on this Agreement amounted to the ceiling volume, the Orderer owns the right to terminate the contract until immediate termination, or to any other time specified by the Orderer. The ceiling volume is not to be confused with the estimated scale for the procurement.
The term of contract is 2 years with the option to extend for up to 4 years on one or more occasions. Total contract term is a maximum of 6 years.
