The subject of the contract are Services related to mowing and mowing the banks of rivers, watercourses and canals in the area of ZZ Nowy Sącz.

The task was divided into 3 parts:

Part No. 1 - Mowing of slopes of streams in the area of Nowy Sącz Water Supervision (Łubinka, Łącznik, Żeglarka, Brzeźnianka, Gostwiczanka, Łąkta, Barczynka, Świdnik, Zawadka, Moszczenicki, Galiszowianka, Jaworzynka)

Part No. 2 - Mowing vegetation and tidying up the area of watercourses and hydrotechnical facilities in the area of NW Zakopane

Part No. 3 - Cleaning the intervales from wicker overgrowths rz. Biała Tarnowska at km 27+000-28+000 in the town of Biała Tarnowska Tuchów

Works in the scope of part 1 should be carried out in accordance with the conditions specified in the provisions of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Krakow mark: ST-II.670.87.2022.ED of 02.11.2022 and 03.11.2022, including under the supervision of a naturalist who will inspect the area for the presence of species in the area of the planned works (i.e. birds, amphibians and mammals) and in the event of observation of protected species in the investment area, will be obliged to submit an application to Regional Director for Environmental Protection for obtaining a derogation decision for derogations from designated protected species.

The works should be carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in the Decision of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Krakow sign: OP.670.29.2023.PN of 09.03.2023, including under the supervision of nature, which will inspect the area for the presence of species in the area of the planned works (i.e. birds, amphibians and mammals) and in the event of observing protected species in the investment area will be obliged to apply to the Regional Director for Environmental Protection obtaining a derogation decision for derogations for designated protected species.
