1. The subject of the order is printing and distribution of exam materials for conducting the examination confirming qualifications in the wail/professional exam in the months of January-February 2023 and June-July 2023, including preparation for printing, printing and preparation for dispatch ( sorting and packing) and distribution of exam materials to schools, establishments, examination centres for the exam confirming qualifications in wai/professional exam in Poland in the sessions of January-February 2023 and June-July 2023, hereinafter referred to as the professional exam.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is defined by the annexes to the SWZ:
1) Annex 1a — description of the subject of the order - Task I
2) Annex 1b — description of the subject of the order - Task II
3) Appendix No. 1c — additional requirements for exam sheets - made available (from Article 133 (3) of the Pzp) at the premises of CKE Warszawa, Lewartowskiego Street 6, from 9-15, until the deadline for submitting tenders.

The subject of the order is printing and distribution of exam materials for conducting the examination confirming qualifications in the wail/professional exam in the months of January-February 2023 and June-July 2023, including preparation for printing, printing and preparation for dispatch ( sorting and packing) and distribution of exam materials to schools, establishments, examination centres for the exam confirming qualifications in wai/professional exam in Poland in the sessions of January-February 2023 and June-July 2023, hereinafter referred to as the professional exam.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is defined by the annexes to the SWZ:
1) Annex 1a — description of the subject of the order - Task I
2) Annex 1b — description of the subject of the order - Task II
3) Appendix 1c — additional requirements for exam sheets
Annex 1c to the SWZ, due to the protection of the confidential nature of the information contained therein, cannot be made available on the website of the proceedings. Accordingly, the Contracting Authority, having regard to the dispositions of Article 133 (3) of the Pzp Act, informs that Annex No 1c to the SWZ will be made available to the Contractors at the headquarters of the Central Examination Commission in Warsaw, 6 Lewartowskiego Street, (main secretariat), from 9:00 to 15:00, until the expiry of the deadline for the submission Before making the contents of the Annex available, the Contractor must sign a confidentiality obligation containing requirements relating to its confidential nature, which is Annex 1d to the SWZ.
3. The Contractor is obliged to ensure the performance of related activities
with access to the content of examination materials, i.e. securing them against unauthorized disclosure only by persons employed by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Act
of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code, in accordance with the provisions of the model contract, which is Annex 5 to the SWZ.
4. The Contractor undertakes within 14 days from the date of signing the Agreement to provide proof of the conclusion of the third party policy together with the paid due premium. The Contractor is obliged to conclude at his expense and maintain liability insurance during the period of implementation of the contract on the award of the public contract. The OC policy must meet, in total, at least the conditions specified in § 2 (20-29) of the Model Agreement - Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.
6. The Contracting Authority does not provide for submission of partial tenders. The order is one of the parts of the order for printing and distribution of examination materials carried out by the Ordering Party.
7. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the submission of variant tenders.
8. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of similar contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law of the Pzp.
9. The Ordering Party does not require and does not allow the submission of an offer in the form of electronic catalogues or the attachment of electronic catalogues to the offer, in the situation specified in Article 93 of the Polish Law.
10. Prior to the initiation of the procedure, the Ordering Party posted an advertisement on its own website in order to determine the estimated value of the order. Information about the content is available at https://bip.cke.gov.pl/.
11. The Contractor does not require the submission of the measures of evidence in question.
DATE OF PERFORMANCE OF THE ORDER
Term of execution of the contract — The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract within no more than 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
