The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one Contractor per lot who is responsible for the execution of the Route transport of which the municipalities are the client.
The Route Transport includes all transport that the Client counts towards this and commissions the Contractor for this. In principle, this transport consists of pupil transport including transport to and from transition classes, language education for refugee children and others, as well as transport under the Youth Act. The assignment includes both the execution of the transport and the management of the transport. Directing is understood to mean, among other things:
- Taking the trip assignments;
- Drawing up the trip planning;
- Conducting a trip registration;
- Handling complaints;
- Informing Travellers, parents, destinations, Client and other stakeholders.
The execution of the Route Transport concerns the actual transport of Passengers by taxi with a professional driver.
Lot 1: All Route transport in the direction of West and North (Rotterdam (e.v.)In total, this tender concerns the transport of approximately 520 unique Travellers. It concerns approximately 490 passengers in the context of pupil transport and 30 passengers in the context of the Youth Transport Act. No rights can be derived from these numbers. For all transport flows, numbers can change both before the start of the agreement and during the term of the agreement.
Lot 2: All Route transport in the direction of South and East (Drechtsteden e.v.)In total, this tender concerns the transport of approximately 520 unique Travellers. It concerns approximately 490 passengers in the context of pupil transport and 30 passengers in the context of the Youth Transport Act. No rights can be derived from these numbers. For all transport flows, numbers can change both before the start of the agreement and during the term of the agreement.
Lot 3: All route transport within the municipalities of Barendrecht, Ridderkerk and Albrandswaard as well as Rotterdam Hoogvliet.In total, this tender concerns the transport of approximately 520 unique Travellers. It concerns approximately 490 passengers in the context of pupil transport and 30 passengers in the context of the Youth Transport Act. No rights can be derived from these numbers. For all transport flows, numbers can change both before the start of the agreement and during the term of the agreement.
