Aalto University (hereinafter referred to as "Client" or "Aalto University") requests a tender for the acquisition of an IT project manager.

To support its operations, Aalto University needs a partner who offers project manager services for the implementation of IT-oriented projects. Aalto University is looking for project managers with three different levels of experience and expertise for the projects to be implemented.

This is a framework agreement, so all services are ordered with separate assignments and implemented as agreed in the framework agreement or order. The amount of work procured from the supplier varies according to the needs of Aalto University, and it depends, for example, on the number of information system acquisitions and development projects and on Aalto University's internal resourcing. Project managers work full-time or part-time, and projects last from a few months to over a year, and are often heavily IT-oriented.

This is a framework agreement and the framework agreement is for a fixed term and its duration does not exceed four (4) years. Aalto University cannot commit to certain procurement volumes during the contract period.
