Provision of services in the field of passenger transport by substitute bus transport, launched for non-charging trains on the section Zielona Góra Główna - Zbąszynek - Zielona Góra Główna in connection with the planned extension by the Railway Infrastructure Manager - PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. of the total break in train traffic, from 28 August 2022 to the end of the train timetable, i.e. 10 December 2022.

The subject of the contract should be performed with technically efficient vehicles with a capacity of at least 60 seats, including 55 seats, having current third party liability and accident insurance for the driver and passenger as well as efficient air conditioning, with a year of production not older than 2012. The Contractor is obliged to provide the services that are the subject of the contract in accordance with the timetable provided by the Ordering Party, which is an attachment to the documentation of the procedure, vehicles in the amount (capacity) adapted to the estimated attendance, sufficient to secure the circuits.

The Contractor should provide drivers who meet the requirements provided for in the relevant regulations, i.e. the category of driving license, current medical and psychotechnical examinations.
