North Lincolnshire Council is inviting suitably qualified contractors of Road Re-Surfacing, Patching and Ancillary works to submit an indicative tender to be included on a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Road Surfacing, Patching and Ancillary Schemes.

Indicative tenders can be uploaded for evaluation at any time throughout the duration of the dynamic purchasing system.

Admittance to the dynamic purchasing system will depend on contractors meeting minimum criteria as stated in the indicative tender documentation.

Request for quotations/tenders will be issued to all contractors admitted to the DPS as and when required. The award criteria for mini-competitions will be Lowest Compliant Quotation/Tender. North Lincolnshire Council reserves the right to use an electronic reverse auction for quotations/tenders.

Further details on the dynamic purchasing system and full instructions on further competitions are given in the indicative tender document available to download from SCMS. Interested parties must register and download the indicative tender document via the supplier contract management system http://scms.alito.co.uk/ by the initial deadline of 2.4.2012 at 12:00 noon.

After this deadline interested contractors may apply and upload an indicative tender at any time throughout the duration of the Dynamic Purchasing System. Admittance to the DPS will depend on contractors meeting the minimum criteria as stated in the indicative tender document.
