The purpose of this contract is to meet the needs of the City of Nîmes in terms of firefighting. The incumbent will be required to provide maintenance services to maintain all of the City's firefighting equipment in perfect working order: fire extinguishers, RIAs, dry columns and smoke extraction. The contractor will also have to supply and install this equipment at the request of the City of Nîmes.As part of this consultation, the City of Nîmes is acting as the contracting authority.this contract is awarded according to an open tendering procedure, pursuant to Articles R2124-2-1°, R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code.the services are not divided into separate lots for the following reason(s): The benefits are not the subject of separate benefits

Maintenance and supply of firefighting equipment on the premises of the city of Nîmes.The services are the subject of a framework agreement giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders, entered into pursuant to articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Article R2162-4-2° of the same code, it is concluded with an economic operator, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value. The services of the framework agreement will be performed as and when purchase orders are issued by the public buyer and will be paid according to the unit prices of the Unit Price List, according to the quantities actually performedall the services will be remunerated by applying mixed prices.the performance of the services is not divided into tranches.the performance of the services, is not broken down into phases
